Year 6 - Anti-Social Workshop with the police

Tim Darling from Kent Police came to visit Year 6 to talk to them about examples of anti-social behaviour in the local community.  He spoke to them about criminal behaviours from the age of 10 and consequences that will affect your life should you commit crimes such as graffiti, hate-crime and disturbances in public places.

The children voiced how they found it useful and informative, and that it would make them think twice about their actions in the community.  They also said that the information would help them and others to stop making bad choices.  They were shocked to learn that criminal behaviours could affect your career and even trying to go on holiday in another country.
