Children share their love of reading with local community
This week, our children visited the local care home to read with the residents. They really enjoyed sharing thier love of reading and building relationships with other members of the Swanley community.
Skye (Year 6) said: "It was really nice because it makes me feel like they like to see the younger ones and it reminds them of their childhood. It made me feel special."
Daniel (Year 4) said: "I really like going over and I liked the person who loved reading because she was laughing and really enjoying listening to me. It made me feel happy."
