How to Contact for queries

At Horizon we believe that regular commication is key to ensure that remote learning is as successful as possible. Please contact us in the following ways:

 

If you have a query or question about the work set on Google Classroom or other platform:

Please contact the class teacher by sending a private message on Google Classroom - staff will aim to respond to you as soon as possible after any live learning is completed.

Please note that any messages sent after 5pm will not receive a response.

 

If you have any other queries about remote learning:

Please contact the school office via the school Gateway app or via the admin email address: admin@horizon-tkat.org or by calling us on 01322 665235. Please be mindful that call volumes are very high at most times. Please also leave message if you can't get through, otherwise we will not know you have called.

Please also look at the letters posted in the 'news and events' section of the website, as many queries may be answered there.

Questions or queries may include:

  • I don't have a device - how can you help?
  • I can't get onto Google Classroom or another platform
  • I don't have the resources I need - can you help?
  • Can you provide paper copies of work?
  • Can you help me with meal vouchers as my child is elible for free school meals?

We are very much here to help so please ask any question you may have.
